At Decker we take a lot of pride in supplying 100% domestic manufactured products to the fastener industry. Decker’s longevity speaks for itself and it’s a privilege to help provide quality products to our customers while also being a longstanding quality employer in the community. The nature of our work is often challenging and fast-paced. As an operations group, we do our best to control what’s within our control and have some fun at the same time. Decker has afforded many opportunities to me and others, and I hope to pay it forward as I progress in my career with the Decker team.

2024 marks my 30^th year at Decker. I started as summer help and have learned the cold forging manufacturing process from the ground up as an Operator, Supervisor, and now Plant Manager. Decker has given me the opportunity to grow from within the company while providing for my family. We are very team oriented, process driven, and always looking for new opportunities to grow.
