ALBION, Michigan – Decker Manufacturing Corporation has announced that Mark Konkle has been unanimously appointed President and Chief Executive Officer by its Board of Directors, effective immediately. He succeeds Chris Miller, who stepped down for personal reasons.
The grandson of founding member Walter Konkle, Mark Konkle began his professional career in healthcare, where he advanced to serve as Director of Respiratory and Cardiovascular Services at the University of Michigan. He holds a Master of Business Administration and is certified in Toyota Lean Management and General Motors Total Quality Management. Mr. Konkle was elected to Decker’s Board of Directors in December 2023.
